This wonderful patient has breast ptosis and a severely indented chest wall behind the left breast. She is shown at 3 months following an auto-augmentation breast lift keeping all of her breast and skin for maximum volume and size preservation. By keeping all of her larger left breast, I was able to nicely fill in the chest wall indent and give her excellent symmetry.
