This wonderful young lady had especially droopy breasts with substantial loose skin and very little breast tissue. I have developed a new technique especially for this kind of patient saving literally everything she has other than a tablespoon of skin. This is called an “autoaugmentation” because it is like using your own tissue as an implant without needing prosthetic materials.
She is shown 2 months postop in the first images and at 3 years postop in the final images. Note the preservation of her fantastic new shape with no drooping coming back, but with scars that are virtually invisible.
