This wonderful 52 year-old had early signs of facial aging that are beautifully resolved at 1 month postop by a facelift. Please note from the front view how as the face ages, the cheeks drop down and create jowls on the jawline, the face becomes longer and squarer, and the neck becomes loose. After surgery, with no signs of being operated on, please see the more heart-shaped face, absence of jowls, a clean smooth jawline and more volume in the cheeks. A clean toned neck is also what I expect in a result.
