This 54 year-old successfully lost 140 pounds. She had significant skin laxity and gravitational descent of her cheeks and neck as a result. She is shown 1 month after her facelift. Please note the elevation of the jowls back up into the cheeks restoring her youthful volume and a beautiful clean jawline. Also note the return of a smooth angular neck without any signs of surgery.
