This delightful artist desired a breast lift and wanted to keep all of her volume, retain her areolar diameter, and preserve sensation. She is shown 3 months after a full “autoaugmentation” breast lift. I believe that this operation provides increased projection, saves all of the tissues, and has less risk of numbness than other types of breast lifts. It isn’t applicable in all cases, but in those where there is substantial skin laxity and less breast tissue, it works very well in my experience since designing this operation several years ago.
