This 42 year-old desired breast enhancement and needed a full lift because of breast ptosis with the nipple and areola complexes below the inframammary creases. Her implant was a Mentor adjustable saline implant which allowed us to control the exact size and look she desired for several months after surgery. After she was entirely satisfied, the implant’s valves were removed in a simple minor procedure.
