This 36 year-old had a breast augmentation with a periareolar lift done by another surgeon. She was not happy with the flat baggy look that can come from this procedure when a vertical scar pattern lift was probably needed from the start. She had her saline implants exchanged for gel and had a central pedicle lift performed with a significant improvement in shape.
