This wonderful 32 year-old had a very difficult starting point because of her asymmetry and short distance from the inframammary crease to the bottom of the areola (constricted lower pole). Many surgeons would recommend that she have her creases lowered to make room in the lower pole for the implants. This, however, opens up the possibilities of the implants “bottoming out” or causing a “double-bubble deformity” and these require more surgery and can be hard to fix. I think that by preserving the creases in her natural location, holding the implants in place for 3 months with a specific bra, that she demonosrtaes a perfect result without having taken on the risks of crease lowering. She has 550 Moderate Plus profile gel implants.
